Hi friends! A new week begins and I thought I would inspire you a bit to create something pretty! I love sharing tutorials, so I thought I would repost for you one of my most popular tutorials!



I made this decorative Shabby Chic / Mixed Media canvas panel not long ago. I have updated the tutorial and added very detailed step by step photos and list of supplies! I know how Mixed Media can be a little intimidating for a traditional cardmaker, but with this tutorial you will learn the basic steps and supplies to achieve a lovely mixed media look not only on a canvas but on every other papercrafting project your little heart desires to create!

  1. wow... i am so enthused about this gr8 tutorial.. now i am going to follow your directions so i know how to use my cheap canvas board i could afford at the dollar store!!!!!absolutely gorgeous:) you are an amazing lady with talent. THanks for helping me out today!!!:) sometimes i stall when i dont know the first idea of how to start.. but this is absolutely my best canvas inspiration i have ever had.. My scanner is not here at the moment but when i have it i will try to send you a picture of what i have come up with related to your instructions.. oh i wish ther was something more i could say than thanks.. words cant always express my heart:) take care.. and keep on trucking..:)

Video Tutorial: Quick New Year's Card with Simple Stories & Deco Foil

I'm back with a fun and really easy to make card for the Holidays or the New Year and I have a video tutorial with Therm O Web today.
